With decades of experience in community service, Steven leads OSSCI with a vision of educational equity for every child.

Our Strategic Framework

1. The Social Need

Many families in rural Georgia struggle with the rising costs of education. Data shows that students in underserved districts are 30% less likely to complete higher education due to financial constraints and lack of resources. OSSCI exists to bridge this gap.

2. Long-term Vision

In the next 10 years, we envision a community where every child, regardless of their socio-economic background, has access to the tools and support needed to thrive academically and professionally.

3. SMART Goals (1-3 Years)

  • Provide tuition support to 500+ local students by 2028.
  • Establish 3 new community learning centers in Sumter County.
  • Achieve a 95% graduation rate among our scholarship recipients.

4. Theory of Change

Operational Excellence

Team Structure

Our team consists of dedicated program coordinators, educational consultants, and financial advisors, all working under the leadership of our Principal to ensure every dollar is used effectively.

Monitoring & Evaluation

We conduct quarterly reviews of student progress and financial transparency audits to maintain the highest standards of accountability to our donors and community.

Sustainability

Through a mix of federal grants, corporate partnerships, and a growing endowment fund, we are building a foundation that will support Georgia's children for generations to come.
